How did get started making cakes?
My Grandmother decorated wedding cakes  in the 1940s and 50s. I was fascinated with decorating cakes, her tools and books. I learned how to decorate cakes and met my husband at my first bakery job. We were a perfect match and pursued our own wedding cake and bakery business.
